Three pricing models with different limits
A subscription, usage-based pricing and a separate implementation engagement can cover very different work. Establish the definitions of a conversation, seat, source and channel before comparing amounts. An integration logo does not establish which operations are included.
Fictional cost-unit example: a base fee of 100 plus ten usage units at 2 totals 120. Another offer at 150 is not necessarily more expensive for the same task if necessary usage or support is included there. Check scope before comparing totals.
What setup and operation include
Include source cleanup, answer approval, installation, access, testing, recovery and owner training. Reviewing unknown questions and changed prices continues after launch. A low monthly fee is a poor comparison if that work is excluded.
One source for Procora pricing
The current pricing page and order review show currency, billing interval, introductory price, recurring price and plan limits. New offers are shown excluding VAT; applicable VAT depends on billing details and appears separately before payment. An existing agreed subscription follows its agreed terms.
Check current purchase availability before expecting self-service activation. Advice, a quotation pilot, integration work and ongoing operation need separate scope. An enquiry plan does not make planned services available.
Clarify usage and changes
Ask what happens at the plan limit: a stop, upgrade or usage charge. Compare the same billing period and tax basis. Establish cancellation timing, export and source ownership before accepting an agreement.
Use your own figures and a bounded trial
Measure relevant enquiries and staff review time. Use the workload calculator to explore uncertainty and cost with editable assumptions. Modelled capacity is not a promise of lower wages or more sales.
Worked example: compare total cost
Compare subscription + usage + staff review + maintenance + setup spread over your chosen period. Use quotes with the same currency and tax basis. A cheap subscription may require more manual work; a larger plan may include capabilities you do not need.
Fictional arithmetic, not Procora prices: DKK 300 subscription + DKK 100 usage + 2 review hours at DKK 250 + 1 maintenance hour at DKK 250 + DKK 1,200 setup spread over 12 months totals DKK 1,250 per month. Excluding the setup allocation, recurring cost is DKK 1,150. Figures exclude any applicable VAT and establish no actual benefit.
Keep modelled cost separate from value. Fewer minutes on routine answers represent released capacity only after counting review and subsequent work. This is not automatically a payroll saving. Test your own low, expected and high usage assumptions before choosing an agreement.
Five questions for a comparable quote
Request written answers and compare the same task. A conversation, AI response, resolution and contact may be different billing units.
- Which event counts as usage, and do tests or retries count?
- At the limit, does service stop, incur a charge or require an approved upgrade?
- Who pays for setup, source updates and corrections?
- Which connections require another subscription or development?
- What are the commitment, cancellation, export and deletion terms?

Choose the next useful action
Compare the current scope before requesting setup. An educational guide does not activate a product or accept a paid engagement.
