Does she sound like a robot?
Judge for yourself — this is her actual register: »That sounds urgent. Turn off the stopcock if you can. May I take your address so we can call you back?« She says herself that she is an assistant, and she does not make small talk.
What if she answers something wrong?
She answers only from what you have approved. If she cannot find the answer she says so honestly and takes a name and number so you can call back. You can correct her knowledge at any time.
Does it work on my WordPress or Wix site?
Yes. One line of code, which works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and hand-built sites.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Month to month, no lock-in, and you keep the period you have paid for. There is no minimum term and no notice period.
What about GDPR and my customers' data?
Data is held in the EU and you get a data processing agreement. The details are on the Security & GDPR page.
